A few week after Movement Control Order (MCO) due to COVID19. Everything start to moving back to the original state. Bussines, life, school and so on.  For my case, this week is officially back to office but still rotating with other administrator. I must come office on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.   I wake up late today. Well last night my wife and I watched The World of Married. Meeting with my staf who was warded due to the hard attack. I would like to visit him earlier but worried that I will disturb him. Looking her condition make me sad. This is a second time I meet with Deputy Dean (Research and Innovation) of our university. He is new at our university but really experience in managing research. Well, this meeting came fruitful with a lot of his view in line with our thinking. He know a basic problem of our researcher face off everyday for couple of years ago. He put idea that realistic to done that I think we have a light at the end of a tunnel. A few point explain by respectful Professor like reducing teaching time so that we have more time in research. Next, publish with soul. Not focusing on numbers of publication, he emphasis on the quality that come from the good research. He keep telling about creating a good environment for research which is really important for creating a better output. Another thing that will promised by Prof. was creating niche related to the our university. Its crucial so that university can invest money by focusing on the related theme that can bring university's name. Again, he

" Because of your mouth, it will demolish your body" Malay wisdom It means that the after effect of our mouth will bring bad thing to the whole. We know that, mouth can easily spill lot of thing. We talk bad behind others, we say something hurtfull, speak ill about others, tell wrong story and many more. The old malay wisdom told us to beware of our own mouth. Because of small word can ruin our life. Nowadays, it can replicate to our social media usage. We keep writing about others, sharing fake news, send racist message and so more.  We even can send anything really fast without having time to think. Thats will create a havoc.  So, think before write. Read the whole news, not just a headline. Keep calm. Don't write anything when you are angry. A remind for myself for keeping done a same mistake.
