Creating My Own Routine
After long holiday including covid-19 quarantine, it's time to setting up back my routine. This week will be my office's official cancelation of "work from home" policy. So, I need to set my foot on the ground. A few things needed to be done. Here my list, 1. Subuh prayer at mosque. Since pandemic, I rarely attend morning prayer at mosque. So this will be ny first goal for this May 2022. A few strategies need to be implement to help me waking up early. a) Setting up alarm clock Alarm should be set up 5 minutes before Subuh.. b) Sleep early before 11 pm Well, everything start before we sleep so I need to close my eyes before 11 pm. No gadjet after 10 pm. What should I do? i - reading book ii - set my tomorrow target/task iii - streching iv - solat witir c) Prepare Solat Attire before Sleep 2. Exercise 5 times per week Badminton. Running. Strength training Badminton every Tuesday and Thursday Monday and Wednesday - slow run at TJM. This month target, able to run 3 km. N
