Creating My Own Routine
After long holiday including covid-19 quarantine, it's time to setting up back my routine. This week will be my office's official cancelation of "work from home" policy. So, I need to set my foot on the ground. A few things needed to be done. Here my list,
1. Subuh prayer at mosque.
Since pandemic, I rarely attend morning prayer at mosque. So this will be ny first goal for this May 2022. A few strategies need to be implement to help me waking up early.
a) Setting up alarm clock
Alarm should be set up 5 minutes before Subuh..
b) Sleep early before 11 pm
Well, everything start before we sleep so I need to close my eyes before 11 pm. No gadjet after 10 pm. What should I do?
i - reading book
ii - set my tomorrow target/task
iii - streching
iv - solat witir
c) Prepare Solat Attire before Sleep
2. Exercise 5 times per week
Badminton. Running. Strength training
Badminton every Tuesday and Thursday
Monday and Wednesday - slow run at TJM. This month target, able to run 3 km. Next 5 km.
Friday - slow walk
Saturday / Sunday - strength training
- blurpee + combination training (lunge, running at 1 place, jumping jack, modified lunge, crawling)
- push up + squad
- pull up
Monday - Run
Tuesday - Badminton
Wednesday - Run
Thursday - Badminton
Friday - Slow walk
Saturday - Strength training
Sunday - Rest
I will focuss on these two goals that include several routines. Hopefully it will help me improve my life.
Readin habit? Well I already create my reading habit every morning when taking breakfast. The cue will be breakfast alone, while sipping a teh tarik.

p/s - I tried all tips for waking up early. Yes, I manage to waking up early but yet, continue my sleep after off the alarm. Another day to try.
