Cabaran Piala Dunia - Kenapa perlawanan Malaysia Kyrgyzstan penting.

Malaysia memulakan pertandingan Kelayakan Piala Asia dan Piala Dunia dengan langkah kanan apabila bangkit memenangi perlawanan menentang Kyrgyzstan 4 - 3 setelah ketinggalan 1 - 3 pada awal perlawanan. Apa itu Kelayakan Piala Asia 2027 dan Piala Dunia 26. Mungkin ramai yang keliru, tetapi format yang kali kedua digunakan ini menyekalikan kelayakan Piala Dunia dengan Kelayakan ke Piala Asia. Format ini kali kedua dijalankan (kalau tidak silap penulis). Format Kelayakan Pialan Dunia 26 Pusingan 1. Melibatkan 20 pasukan ranking terendah yang akan bertanding secara playoff (pertandingan kalah mati). Dua perlawanan timbal balik di tempat sendiri dan tempat lawan. 10 pasukan yang menang dari perlawanan tersebut akan layak ke pusingan kedua meyertai 26 pasukan lagi yang telah layak secara automatik. Pusingan 2. 26 pasukan yang telah layak beserta 10 pasukan yang menang dalam perlawanan playoff pusingan 1 akan dibahagikan kepada 9 kumpulan. Kali ini, Malaysia termasuk dalam pasukan yang layak

How to survive as a physicist's student

A Physic's course combine a several type of subjects. A student need to have various skills to easily digest the subject. The ability to undestand the concept, process, calculation and derivation. While some of the applied subject focus on the process and concept, most of the core subject in physic lean more on the mathemtical concept. When we mention about mathematic, it different from what we learn in the high school. Mostly, student need to derive the equation and in the end, they need to find a general solution rather than putting a value in the equation. Since, my subject, wave mostly a combination of concept and derivation, most students struggle to handle since this first year student didn't had any exposure to this kind of technique. Student need to remember that, the technique is a combination of several type of mathematical concept to find a general solution of the oscillation. It still an alien for student to learn it less than 14 weeks. That mean, student need to do

My Health Check

triglycerides - 3.9 it should be less than 1.9 Uric acid high HDL and LDL border Blood sugar - 5.6 Start from August a few changes had been made. 1. Breakfast alter - stop roti canai - reduce teh tarik (from 5 times per week,change to 2 times per week)  - replace with teh o kosong, capati, telur separuh masak, nasi lemak. 2. Snacking - stop eating biscuit - stop eating white bread (just eat occasionaly) Changing but not consistent 1. Exercise everyday - still unable to do daily routine due to the jerebu and rain. Need to change into morning medium impact exercise 2. Eat small portion rice, big portion protein and vegetables - able to do that for the first month. Need to reconsider. Maybe focus only for dinner. Next week will be my blood test. Really hope that triglycerides will reduce.
