My Health Check

triglycerides - 3.9 it should be less than 1.9

Uric acid high
HDL and LDL border
Blood sugar - 5.6

Start from August a few changes had been made.

1. Breakfast alter
- stop roti canai
- reduce teh tarik (from 5 times per week,change to 2 times per week) 
- replace with teh o kosong, capati, telur separuh masak, nasi lemak.

2. Snacking
- stop eating biscuit
- stop eating white bread (just eat occasionaly)

Changing but not consistent

1. Exercise everyday
- still unable to do daily routine due to the jerebu and rain. Need to change into morning medium impact exercise

2. Eat small portion rice, big portion protein and vegetables
- able to do that for the first month. Need to reconsider. Maybe focus only for dinner.

Next week will be my blood test. Really hope that triglycerides will reduce.
