My Workout Journey: First to six weeks

Mula Workout - 16 Julai 2024 Pecah kepada dua sesi. Upper Body, Lower Body. Jumlah: 13 sesi workout (2 unrecord) 6 Minggu Permulaan: 1. Bicep Curl - 8kg 2. Overhead Triceps Extension - Dumbbell - 5kg 3. Lateral Raise - 5kg 4. Bench Press - 8kg Minggu kedua: Mula rekod Upper Body Workout 1. Bicep Curl - 10kg 2. Way Forward: How I'm gonna move on my research

Honestly, I'm stuck. I don't have idea to move my research. Everything being really fast with advance hardware and software. Density functional theory (DFT) being my strength starting from my Master journey. However, it become normal part of research for nearly everyone in physics and chemistry. Advanced of Hardware and Software A lot of softwares in the market from the expansive to the open sources to deal with DFT. Each software have a different technique, strength, weaknesses, and capabilities. With the advancement of computer and utilizing of cloud storage and computing, it help the calculation become faster and easier. The problem of DFT There are several problems in DFT that still haunting the DFT team. One of the problem is dealing with transition metal. Something I can learn, and thinkto improve it. Kembali Mengaum

Aku akan mulakan kembali menulis. Agak lama juga tertunda dan tertangguh. Target akhir bulan 6, siap tulis 1 penulisan jurnal untuk dihantar ke jurnal berindeks. Tindakan aku,  1. tentukan dahulu tajuk berdasarkan data-data yang telah dibuat. 2. Jurnal. Pemilihan jurnal yang sesuai. Muat turun template. 3. Menyusun isi kandungan dan mendapatkan graf, gambar dan data. 4. Tulis dahulu metodologi, keputusan dan ulasan serta kesimpulan. 5. Tulis ringkasan untuk literature review. Oleh itu, aku perlu jadikan tabiat untuk menulis tiap-tiap hari. Untuk minggu hadapan, agak penuh jadual. Isnin cuti, Selasa kuliah, Rabu ada viva, Khamis cuti untuk membawa Adlan ke hospital. Maka ada Rabu petang dan Jumaat. Serta Khamis selepas balik dari hospital. Perlu juga tetapkan tugasan harian, maka aku kena set 1 jam sehari bermula selasa malam. Dalam jam 10 sampai 11.  Nampaknya aku kena ubah daripada menyenaraikan semua tugasan kepada membahagikan tugasan mengikut kesukaran. Tugasan bagi setiap kesukaran. A. Tahap Kesukaran Tinggi 1. Menulis Paper 2. Menganalisa Paper 3. Menjalankan Penyelidikan (Simulasi) 4. Membuat Nota Kursus Baharu 5. Membaca Tesis PhD/Master 6. Membuat Permohonan Geran B. Tahap Kesukaran Sederhana 1. Membaca Paper Journal 2. Membaca Proposal/Tesis FYP pelajar sendiri 3. Membaca Proposal QT 4. Menonton Video Pembelajaran 5. Membuat Soalan Peperiksaan Akhir 6. Menilai Geran 7. Persedian Pengajaran/Kuliah (Kursus baharu) C. Tahap Kesukaran Mudah 1. Tugasan Admin 2. Membuat Soalan Penilaian 3. Menanda Soalan Peperiksaan Akhir/ Ujian/ Makmal/Tugasan 4. Memasukkan Markah 5. Membuat Fail Pengajaran 6. Pengurusan Kursus/Subjek 7. Cabaran Piala Dunia - Kenapa perlawanan Malaysia Kyrgyzstan penting.

Malaysia memulakan pertandingan Kelayakan Piala Asia dan Piala Dunia dengan langkah kanan apabila bangkit memenangi perlawanan menentang Kyrgyzstan 4 - 3 setelah ketinggalan 1 - 3 pada awal perlawanan. Apa itu Kelayakan Piala Asia 2027 dan Piala Dunia 26. Mungkin ramai yang keliru, tetapi format yang kali kedua digunakan ini menyekalikan kelayakan Piala Dunia dengan Kelayakan ke Piala Asia. Format ini kali kedua dijalankan (kalau tidak silap penulis). Format Kelayakan Pialan Dunia 26 Pusingan 1. Melibatkan 20 pasukan ranking terendah yang akan bertanding secara playoff (pertandingan kalah mati). Dua perlawanan timbal balik di tempat sendiri dan tempat lawan. 10 pasukan yang menang dari perlawanan tersebut akan layak ke pusingan kedua meyertai 26 pasukan lagi yang telah layak secara automatik. Pusingan 2. 26 pasukan yang telah layak beserta 10 pasukan yang menang dalam perlawanan playoff pusingan 1 akan dibahagikan kepada 9 kumpulan. Kali ini, Malaysia termasuk dalam pasukan yang layak

How to survive as a physicist's student

A Physic's course combine a several type of subjects. A student need to have various skills to easily digest the subject. The ability to undestand the concept, process, calculation and derivation. While some of the applied subject focus on the process and concept, most of the core subject in physic lean more on the mathemtical concept. When we mention about mathematic, it different from what we learn in the high school. Mostly, student need to derive the equation and in the end, they need to find a general solution rather than putting a value in the equation. Since, my subject, wave mostly a combination of concept and derivation, most students struggle to handle since this first year student didn't had any exposure to this kind of technique. Student need to remember that, the technique is a combination of several type of mathematical concept to find a general solution of the oscillation. It still an alien for student to learn it less than 14 weeks. That mean, student need to do

My Health Check

triglycerides - 3.9 it should be less than 1.9 Uric acid high HDL and LDL border Blood sugar - 5.6 Start from August a few changes had been made. 1. Breakfast alter - stop roti canai - reduce teh tarik (from 5 times per week,change to 2 times per week)  - replace with teh o kosong, capati, telur separuh masak, nasi lemak. 2. Snacking - stop eating biscuit - stop eating white bread (just eat occasionaly) Changing but not consistent 1. Exercise everyday - still unable to do daily routine due to the jerebu and rain. Need to change into morning medium impact exercise 2. Eat small portion rice, big portion protein and vegetables - able to do that for the first month. Need to reconsider. Maybe focus only for dinner. Next week will be my blood test. Really hope that triglycerides will reduce.
