Working environment has been changed since the revolution on the internet, mobile phone and software engineering. Using mobile phone as a tools is crucial. Fast and easy to access. It help us to work better if we used it properly. Sometimes you doesn't need complicated apps just to update your task.

Here 5 basics apps that you should fully utilise to keep everything organise. 



1. Google Calendar

While some people still using a planner to write an appointment and notes, using calendar apps really help us to alert with the latest appointment.

You can use either in the mobile phone or through PC, both can be synchronise. You can set an alarm or reminder.

Some advanced function, you can add people to join meeting or discussion by sending the google calendar.



2. Google Drive

Cloud storage. Important thing for recent year. While CD, pen-drive and external hard disk become a main storage before, the introduction of cloud storage really help. People doesn't need to bring a heavy external hard disk or pen-drive anymore. As long as you have internet connection. The best part, it can synchronise with your phone, tablet or PC. You can do your work anywhere and never forgot your 'file'. Other cloud storage like onedrive.



3. Google Keep

To do list, notes, important information.. everything can be saved here. Google keep is a simple apps to create notes or writing your groceries that been asked by your wife (so that you never forget). The best part, it sync with your PC as long as you can access to the google account.

Set your target and try to achieve either your fitness training or your job. HabitBull is apps that I used to set my goals like doing 100 push up every day. I will check either I can achieve using this apps. You want to create a new habit? Use this apps and you can see your progress day by day. Simple yet cover a lot of different targets.



5. My Effectiveness

New apps that I need to explore. You can set goals, mission and setting the priorities of the task. This will help you reduce time focusing on the task that not important.

You can set Urgent and Important, Not Urgent and Important, Urgent and Important, Not Urgent and Not Important. You can eliminate any task or prioritise the important thing.


So know, you should try this 5 basic apps. I believe many of you have preference software but why not to try these apps. Anyway, apps just help us to arrange all our work but it depend on us to do it. Lets move.....
